Interior Project Supervisor

Job Overview

This role requires an Interior Site Supervisor proficient in handling interior execution tasks such as gypsum, carpentry, flooring, painting, glass installation, ACP, and false ceiling fitting. The candidate must be capable of reading architectural drawings accurately and taking precise site measurements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage labour and subcontractor teams on-site.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards concerning alignment, levelness, and finishing details.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and MEP teams to guarantee smooth project flow.
• Track the usage of materials, progress of work, and manage wastage control.
• Identify and resolve challenges arising on site promptly.
• Maintain detailed and accurate daily site reports.

Compensation

The monthly salary range offered for this position is between INR 25,000 and INR 40,000.
