Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer, you will be the creative and analytical bridge between the company and our customers. Your key responsibility involves effectively conveying your ideas and assisting clients in visualizing their design concepts. This role places the financial success of the firm largely in your hands, emphasizing customer-centricity as a fundamental value. Responsibilities and Experience

• Bring a passion for design coupled with prior proven success in roles involving sales and design.
• Possess experience in client-facing positions to understand and fulfill customer needs effectively.
• Be agile and quick in adapting to dynamic work scenarios.
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.

Skills and Education

• Proficient with design and rendering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray, and related tools.
• Understanding and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) methods.
• Preferred qualifications include Bachelor of Architecture (B-Arch), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
