Role Overview
Join The Joybox Store as an Inside Sales Executive where you will engage directly with customers across multiple platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, and the company website. Your role will focus on understanding customer needs and recommending personalized gift hampers to fulfill those requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via various communication channels.
- Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate gift hamper options.
- Follow up actively with potential leads to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Generate accurate quotations and manage order coordination with the operations team.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their shopping experience is exceptional.
- Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the company's growth objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records and track lead progress systematically.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in both spoken and written Hindi and English languages.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and engage customers effectively.
- Comfortable managing conversations through phone calls and WhatsApp messaging.
- Familiarity with basic spreadsheet applications such as MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- A positive mindset and eagerness to continuously learn.

Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 15,000 to 25,000 INR.
