Job Overview
Join our sales team as an Inside Sales Executive based in Koramangala, Bengaluru. In this telesales role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers to discuss our products and services, generate leads, and convert these opportunities into sales. You will play a key role in understanding client needs and delivering appropriate solutions while maintaining strong client relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate calls to potential clients explaining product features and benefits.
- Generate qualified leads and effectively convert them into successful sales.
- Identify customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct consistent follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain detailed daily call logs and update the CRM system regularly.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the department.
- Address customer queries politely and professionally.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage.
- Focus on achieving sales targets with a results-driven approach.
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
Languages
Proficiency in English and one of the following languages is preferred: Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil.
Compensation and Schedule
The salary ranges from 17,000 to 22,000 INR monthly, along with performance-based incentives. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Additional Qualifications
Minimum qualification of PUC (Pre-University Course) or graduation with at least one year of sales experience is required.
