Role Summary

This full-time position based in Jeddah requires an Information Technology Specialist tasked with maintaining, monitoring, and improving IT systems and networks to ensure smooth and continuous business functionality. The role includes the installation and configuration of network hardware and software, troubleshooting technical problems, administering network security, and offering timely IT assistance to staff members.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and configure network hardware and software components
Identify and resolve technical issues promptly
Oversee network security measures and protocols
Provide efficient IT support to colleagues for seamless operations
Maintain thorough records and documentation of IT incidents
Comply with cybersecurity policies to guarantee system performance and data confidentiality

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are advantageous
Experience working in aviation or transportation sectors is beneficial
Proficiency in network administration and security practices
Strong troubleshooting and IT problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities for effective issue resolution
Knowledge and practical application of cybersecurity policies and controls
