Job Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for various IT openings in Australia.
- Engage actively with onsite candidates and agencies, ensuring clear and professional communication both verbally and in writing.
- Utilize social media platforms and Boolean search techniques to source and attract qualified IT candidates.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment process, particularly recruiting for IT positions within Australia or the US.
- Ability to work effectively from a home-based setup.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts to accurately assess candidate fitment.
- Confidence in liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies onsite.
- Proficient oral and written communication skills.
- Mandatory skills in social media recruiting strategies and Boolean search methodologies.
