Influencer Marketing Account Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Influencer Marketing Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Sydney. In this hybrid position, you will support our Account Managers by coordinating a variety of influencer marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in delivering influencer campaigns, ambassador programs, gifting initiatives, user-generated content (UGC) projects, and creator advocacy efforts for Australia's top brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of influencer, UGC, and gifting campaigns, from discovering influencers and briefing to final execution, utilizing cutting-edge industry technology.
• Support large-scale influencer and ambassador programs spanning a wide client base.
• Handle influencer outreach, maintain communications with creators, and oversee campaign logistics efficiently.
• Assist with client correspondence, work-in-progress meetings, and routine account administration.
• Track and report on campaign performance using top-tier software tools.
• Keep up-to-date with current social trends and scout for emerging creators and talent.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing within Australia or New Zealand; agency experience is preferred.
• Highly organized with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing deadlines confidently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about social media, online creators, internet culture, and emerging trends.
