Role overview
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Al Hufuf for an Arabic-speaking Influencer Manager. The position focuses on finding, onboarding, and overseeing creators across social media channels while building productive partnerships that support brand and campaign goals.
What you will do
- Source suitable Arabic-speaking influencers across relevant social platforms.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with creators and ensure collaborations remain mutually beneficial.
- Prepare and share campaign briefs, align expectations, and keep execution on track.
- Handle negotiation of partnership terms and agreements.
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, and campaign progress to ensure timely completion.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate influencer activities and campaign needs.
- Support content planning and help ensure influencer output matches campaign objectives.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of influencer communications, activity, and performance.
- Track campaign metrics and review results to improve future influencer initiatives.
- Stay informed about social media trends in the region and use those insights to strengthen brand visibility and influencer strategy.
Skills and qualifications
The role calls for strong communication and public relations abilities, along with confidence in managing expectations and developing long-term partnerships. Experience in influencer marketing and social media marketing is important, especially across major platforms. You should also bring sales and negotiation skills, fluency in Arabic, and solid written and spoken English. Prior experience managing creators, talent, or accounts in media, marketing, or similar fields is expected.
