Location Details

Located in the heart of Doha, Qatar, the Four Seasons Hotel Doha is a stunning urban beachfront retreat featuring modern luxury and breathtaking sea views. Recently renovated and reopened in 2020, it offers 237 rooms including 20 unbranded townhouse villas. The hotel boasts a vibrant F&B operation with 10 venues including the world’s largest Nobu restaurant, extensive banquet and catering services, five pools, a private beach, fitness and wellness centers with hydrotherapy, steam rooms, and more.

Role Overview

• Efficiently and accurately receive and process in-room dining requests.
• Answer guest calls professionally and courteously using appropriate telephone etiquette.
• Relay orders and special instructions to the kitchen through the POS system.
• Ensure timely and precise delivery of food orders at proper serving temperature.
• Coordinate prompt delivery of guest amenities and special requests, including VIP arrivals.
• Offer proactive guest service by anticipating needs and providing recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments to fulfill guest requirements.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all food, beverage offerings, restaurant hours, and hotel services.
• Personalize guest interactions by recognizing regular or VIP guests by name and preferences, including allergy considerations.
• Consistently uphold Four Seasons’ high standards, policies, and telephone etiquette practices.
• Promote a cooperative and supportive teamwork environment, especially with kitchen staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with a proactive, positive approach to duties.
• Strong command of English in reading, writing, and speaking; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Educational background in Hotel Management, either diploma or degree preferred.
