Human Resources Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Specialized Enterprise Systems (SES) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite position involves managing core HR operations and ensuring efficient HR processes, with a strong emphasis on utilizing SAP HCM for various functions. You will play a key role in maintaining employee data, supporting recruitment and onboarding, assisting with payroll, and generating HR reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain employee master data within the SAP HCM system.
• Provide support for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Assist in the processing and validation of payroll data.
• Oversee leave and attendance tracking using SAP functionalities.
• Generate essential HR reports as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company policies under the guidance of the HR team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance and optimize HR workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP HCM is essential.
• Familiarity with core HR operations, including employee data management, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and payroll support.
• Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis.
• Understanding of HR policies and compliance.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
