About the Role
This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in North London, offering a full-time onsite opportunity as a Human Resources Coordinator. The role involves providing comprehensive support to a dynamic HR team, handling tasks across the employee lifecycle. It requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has meticulous attention to detail, and is committed to delivering exemplary HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact point for HR, Learning & Development, and Recruitment inquiries, managing the shared HR inbox efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure employee records are meticulously maintained and act as the super user for the HR management system.
- Coordinate HR administrative duties throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including handling contracts, contract changes, onboarding procedures, employee departures, and exit interviews.
- Manage employee benefits, maintaining accurate and current records.
- Develop and upkeep HR documentation to adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Organize and implement updates to the employee handbook, policies, and related documentation.
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to review and enhance HR processes for better efficacy.
- Assist with the annual salary and bonus review processes.
- Provide administrative and logistical aid for HR and Learning & Development programs and events.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience within the UK in an HR Coordinator or HR Administration role is essential.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills, combined with a proactive attitude toward supporting colleagues.
- A willingness and ability to commit to a fixed-term contract lasting 12 months, commencing on 17th August.
