Role Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner at Mach Partners, you will collaborate closely with the CFO and leadership team to manage key HR functions essential to organizational success. This role involves strategic oversight of recruitment, compensation, performance management, employee relations, engagement, and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CFO to align human resources, recruiting, and overarching organizational strategies.
• Work alongside leadership to manage compensation structures, performance evaluation processes, and enhance employee relations and engagement.
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards and implement recruiting technology to optimize reporting and tracking.
• Build strong talent pipelines, crafting sourcing strategies that fulfill immediate and future hiring objectives, including niche and leadership positions.
• Proactively source, attract, and engage high-caliber and diverse candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
