Job Overview
As a Human Resources Associate at Walmart Supercenter #3475 in Norristown, PA, you will support leadership with various HR functions including recruitment, hiring, staffing, staff development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance monitoring, and performance management. You will identify and analyze HR-related challenges and offer guidance to implement the company's HR initiatives and programs effectively.
Compensation
- The hourly wage ranges from $21 to $34, ensuring the rate meets or exceeds local minimum wage.
- Additional performance incentives may be earned on an annual or quarterly basis.
- Under certain conditions such as schedule, location, season, or specific tasks performed, premium pay can be awarded ranging from $0.35 up to $3.00 per hour. Multiple premiums may be applicable simultaneously.
Shifts
Available shifts are Opening and Morning.
