Human Resources Associate

Job Summary

The Human Resources Associate will support leadership in various HR functions including recruitment, hiring, staffing, employee development, succession planning, scheduling, attendance management, and performance evaluation. This role involves identifying and analyzing Human Resources-related issues and advising on company HR programs and initiatives.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly wage ranges from $19 to $32 per hour, with the exact rate meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements of the location.
• Additional pay incentives may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
• Premium pay ranging between $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply in certain conditions based on schedule, facility, season, or specific job duties; multiple premiums may be combined if criteria are met.
• Work shifts available include opening and morning shifts.
