Role Overview

As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will collaborate with designated business units to advance the human capital agenda, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while accommodating local contexts and specific needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition efforts including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding, aligned with the business unit's recruitment demands and manpower forecasts.
• Collaborate with unit leaders to manage headcount allocations, ensuring optimal staffing to support strategic goals.
• Work with stakeholders to nurture and develop the talent pool, facilitating succession planning and bench strength enhancement.
• Administer performance management processes to acknowledge high performers and identify development areas for targeted interventions.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, providing feedback on policies to enhance employee experience and advising on conduct and disciplinary issues per HR protocols.
• Assist in HR transformation projects, focusing on process reviews and precise data collection to foster informed decision-making through automation initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of five years in a HR generalist or business partner capacity encompassing comprehensive HR functions.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with digital productivity tools and preferably experienced with the Workday system.
