Hub Manager

Role Overview

As the Hub Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire hub operations lifecycle which includes inbound goods reception, sorting activities, dispatching, and final delivery. Your goal will be to meet daily shipment targets, uphold Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and maintain operational efficiency at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team comprising Hub Incharges, Team Leaders, and ground-level staff to ensure streamlined operations.
• Organize manpower planning, monitor attendance, and manage shift schedules effectively to optimize workforce utilization.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory and oversee asset management to uphold company property standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and operational policies.
• Analyze performance data daily and generate insightful reports to guide operational strategy.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional departments such as Operations, Human Resources, Fleet Management, Security, and Finance to ensure unified workflow.
• Address and resolve operational challenges and customer escalations promptly to maintain satisfaction and efficiency.
• Drive initiatives aimed at process improvements that result in cost reduction and enhanced productivity.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and workplace safety within the hub environment.
