Role Overview
Mirage is an established international consultancy with more than 26 years of experience delivering advisory, project management, lead consultancy, and multidisciplinary design services for landmark projects across the world. The team is looking to bring on an experienced HSE Officer for its Dubai operations.

Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant will bring substantial health, safety, and environment expertise, especially from high-rise building construction environments. The role requires solid technical credentials, strong knowledge of UAE safety requirements, and the ability to support safety systems on demanding project sites.
Key Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in HSE, with preference for high-rise construction project exposure.
- A Level 6 Diploma in HSE, or a qualification of similar standing.
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
- Good working knowledge of safety laws, standards, and accepted practices in the United Arab Emirates.
- Demonstrated capability to establish, track, and sustain safety procedures and controls on complex construction sites.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a cooperative and forward-looking approach to managing safety.
