About the Role

Join our team based in Berlin as an HR IT Governance Specialist to help shape, implement, and manage key processes related to HR IT applications. This fixed-term role, lasting two years, offers part-time or full-time options and starts immediately. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, enforce, and monitor foundational processes and work instructions covering HR IT applications, including authorization management, release processes, testing, and data deletion management.
  • Coordinate effectively with relevant stakeholders such as technical and functional application owners, the IT department, controlling and security teams, as well as HR Digital Operations within DKB AG and DKB Service GmbH.
  • Ensure proper documentation standards are maintained throughout the processes.
  • Take on responsibility as a subprocess owner for assigned thematic areas.
  • Serve as the key contact for internal and external audits and assessments within the areas of responsibility.
  • Support and enable Business Key Users to ensure their effective engagement.
  • Maintain the SuccessFactors Support Hub and manage all modules and functions related to SuccessFactors.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed vocational training, a university degree, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in process and quality management in an HR context.
  • Extensive knowledge and passion for HR IT and governance topics.
  • Strong communication skills paired with tenacity and holistic thinking abilities.
  • High motivation and capacity for autonomous work.
  • Result-focused mindset accompanied by a dedication to quality and enthusiasm for driving changes.
  • Proficiency in German at the C1 level.

This position is located onsite in Berlin and is initially fixed-term for two years. The role is open to part-time or full-time work and requires immediate availability.
