HR Generalist

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle including interviewing and onboarding of new hires.
• Coordinate the hiring processes and conduct employee interviews efficiently.
• Engage employees through various initiatives and address grievances promptly.
• Oversee attendance and leave tracking utilizing HRMS tools, specifically Keka.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation diligently.
• Prepare official HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters.
• Drive performance management tasks including probation assessments.
• Organize training sessions and employee induction programs.
• Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
• Contribute to employee retention strategies and maintain workplace discipline.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree essential; MBA in HR preferred.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Proficient communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and HRMS systems (Keka preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and organizational abilities.
• Capability to independently manage diverse HR functions.
