Key Responsibilities and Skills

Requirements
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent fields.
- Possess between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Willingness to travel within the Pune region as part of job duties.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and possess fundamental computer skills.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra with a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 to 30,000 INR. Selected candidates will be expected to uphold confidentiality and demonstrate autonomy in their role.
