About the Role
This opportunity, offered on behalf of a partner organization, seeks an experienced HR & Compliance Coordinator based in Saudi Arabia. This fully remote position is ideal for an HR professional dedicated to establishing robust people management processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. The role involves managing comprehensive HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, and compliance oversight within a mission-driven setting. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will help create and maintain effective systems supporting both employees and service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full recruitment cycles including job postings, candidate vetting, interviews, reference verifications, and employment paperwork.
- Administer onboarding procedures to guarantee timely completion of documentation, orientation, and training for new hires.
- Monitor and uphold compliance obligations encompassing certifications, background checks, insurance documents, and workforce-related mandates.
- Maintain precise records of compliance, training, and employee data to ensure readiness for audits.
- Coordinate both internal and external training initiatives, including eLearning and professional development programs.
- Manage workforce scheduling such as roster planning, shift adjustments, leave coverage, and operational coordination.
- Execute internal audits of employee files, participant documentation, and organizational processes to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure compliance adherence.
- Support employee engagement through regular communications, feedback gathering, recognition schemes, and team interactions.
- Assist in updating policies, reviewing compliance, preparing reports, and documenting procedures aligned with industry standards.
- Work with external training providers to facilitate professional growth and capability building within the workforce.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least three years’ experience in HR, compliance, workforce coordination or related roles within disability services, community services, or healthcare sectors.
- Deep knowledge of compliance frameworks including the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework and relevant Australian employment legislation.
- Proven experience handling onboarding workflows, training coordination, employment documentation, and compliance monitoring.
- Familiarity with workforce awards and employment standards, particularly the SCHADS Award.
- Capability to perform internal audits, generate reports, and maintain accurate record-keeping for leadership oversight.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative and people-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational abilities to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work setup.
- Proficiency in using digital HR systems, compliance platforms, and other workforce management tools.
- Proactive attention to detail and a commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and employee experience.
