Job Overview
This position is based at Al Najada Doha Hotel by Tivoli in Doha, Qatar. Role Summary
The Housekeeping Supervisor supports the Executive Housekeeper and Assistant Executive Housekeeper in keeping the housekeeping department running efficiently. The role involves planning the team’s day-to-day work, checking output against cleanliness standards, and guiding staff development to help deliver a strong guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and allocate daily housekeeping tasks to team members.
- Review completed work to ensure it matches the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standards.
- Support the executive housekeeping leadership in maintaining smooth departmental operations.
- Help develop and coach the team so that guest service remains consistently high.
- Work with business stakeholders and respond effectively when priorities change.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a hotel environment, including collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities while keeping work aligned with organizational objectives.
- Well-developed presentation and organizational abilities.
- Strong self-awareness, along with a clear willingness to improve and grow professionally.
