About the role
Anantara Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hospitality brand with Thai roots and a focus on warm, genuine service. Established in 2001 in Thailand, the brand has grown internationally and serves guests in destinations ranging from beaches and private islands to historic and urban locations. The company is hiring a Housekeeping Runner for its Downtown Dubai property to help maintain high cleanliness standards and deliver a smooth guest experience.

Anantara Downtown Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Key responsibilities
- Assist housekeeping attendants by bringing guest amenities, linen, and supplies to the required locations.
- Make sure guest requests are fulfilled promptly while keeping service quality high.
- Help stock and prepare housekeeping trolleys and operational supplies.
- Move linen, guest laundry, and other housekeeping items when needed.
- Keep storage rooms and service corridors tidy and well arranged.
- Escalate maintenance concerns, lost-and-found items, and guest issues to the supervisor.
- Work in line with hotel procedures, safety rules, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Offer courteous, professional assistance to both guests and colleagues.
Requirements
- Prior exposure to housekeeping or hospitality work in a hotel setting is an advantage.
- Clear communication skills and a positive, service-minded approach.
- Ability to collaborate well with team members.
- Good eye for detail and readiness to support day-to-day operations.
- Comfort working in a busy luxury hospitality environment.
