Role Overview
This position is responsible for leading housekeeping operations and keeping the venue clean, organized, and well maintained on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the housekeeping team’s daily work to maintain strong cleanliness and upkeep standards.
- Create and roll out efficient cleaning schedules for the property.
- Track housekeeping stock levels and anticipate supply and inventory needs.
- Maintain housekeeping records and related documentation.
- Handle vendor coordination and support soft services operations.
- Prepare routine reports and help with staff rosters and scheduling.
- Guide, train, and support new team members.
