Role Summary
The housekeeping team is seeking a dependable team member to clean resident apartments, shared spaces, and interior areas of the community. The position focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and guests.
Responsibilities
- Clean bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and tubs
- Make beds using fresh linens
- Remove waste, clean bins, and replace liners
- Perform dusting at both high and low levels
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, healthcare, environmental services, or senior living is preferred
- Availability to work weekends and holidays when needed is required
- A valid, current driver’s license is necessary where applicable
- Typical shift hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Weekend and holiday coverage may be required depending on operational needs
Additional Requirements
- Ability to operate and care for housekeeping and laundry equipment
- Working knowledge of infection control practices, hazardous waste handling, and disaster plans
- Compliance with Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening process is mandatory
Compensation
Pay is listed at USD 16.51 to 19.39 per hour.
