Housekeeper

Compensation and Benefits

The position starts at an hourly wage of USD 13.00. Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning duties such as maintaining resident rooms, bathrooms, common spaces, and administrative offices.
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety standards for proper sanitation.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning tasks and promptly notify supervisors of any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow infection control policies and universal precautions to maintain a hygienic environment.
• Engage courteously with residents, staff, and visitors to provide excellent customer service.
• Perform all other assigned housekeeping duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Positive demeanor and effective communication skills with residents, management, and leadership team.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and to stand, bend, walk, or sit for long durations.
• Capability to handle routine repetitive tasks continuously and safely manage cleaning chemicals.
• Residency within the service area is required.
