Role overview
Ezer Home Solutions is hiring an experienced senior-level cleaner to take ownership of service quality, lead client walk-throughs, and help coordinate the team during residential cleanings. This role follows the company standard of “Look. Touch. Perfect.” and combines hands-on cleaning with team guidance, quality checks, and client communication.
What you will do
- Run client walk-throughs and make sure the work plan matches the customer’s expectations.
- Monitor finished work and verify that quality meets company standards.
- Help and coach teammates while cleaning jobs are in progress.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, the office, and the crew.
- Record notes, updates, and photos in the company’s mobile apps.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of residential cleaning experience is required.
- You should be able to complete solo cleaning assignments confidently.
- Strong leadership, communication, and time management abilities are needed.
- Comfort using mobile apps for scheduling and job documentation is important.
- A dependable vehicle and proof of insurance are mandatory.
- You must be available for 25–40 hours per week and be comfortable with a flexible schedule.
Pay and benefits
- Starting wage is $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips.
- Performance bonuses can add up to $175 per month.
- Additional pay may be available for quality visits and assessments.
- Team members who use their own vehicles receive a daily driver bonus.
