Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Position overview

This role is focused on keeping the hotel environment spotless, welcoming, and consistent with a premium guest experience. The position goes beyond routine room cleaning and includes maintaining the overall presentation of guest areas and public spaces so that every part of the property feels cared for and memorable.

What you will do

• Carry out housekeeping duties across guest rooms and shared areas to maintain cleanliness and appearance.
• Respond to guest requests and provide practical support as needed.
• Restock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are ready for daily work.
• Clean rooms, corridors, and public areas as assigned.
• Handle other related housekeeping tasks to support a smooth guest experience.

Working standards and physical expectations

This position requires a strong focus on safety, confidentiality, policy compliance, and high-quality service. Professional conduct, grooming, and communication are expected at all times. The job also involves being on your feet for long periods, moving through the property regularly, and performing hands-on physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
