Overview

This position is centered on ensuring quality service, overseeing table setup, liaising with the kitchen team, and maintaining cleanliness in the work environment. The role requires energetic interaction with guests to elevate their dining moments beyond simply enjoying food and drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dining areas by setting tables according to hotel standards.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff about guest needs and orders.
• Engage with guests to provide attentive and personalized service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest service areas and supplies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and uphold professional appearance and communication standards.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking on varied surfaces, lifting up to 25 pounds unaided, or 50 pounds with assistance, and repetitive bending, stooping, and reaching.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education level: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of previous work experience in a related role.
• No supervisory experience is necessary.
• No licenses or certifications required.
