Role Overview

We are seeking a friendly, approachable, and service-driven Hostess who will serve as the initial point of contact for guests, playing a key role in creating a positive and memorable dining atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in a hostess or similar customer-facing role, preferably within luxury hospitality settings
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• A cheerful demeanor coupled with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Fluent in English; additional languages would be advantageous
• Familiarity with reservation systems is beneficial
