Role Summary

The studio is looking for an experienced Horse Riding and Show Jumping Instructor to become part of its expanding team. The role focuses on delivering structured riding and show jumping lessons, schooling and exercising horses when needed, and helping riders improve their abilities while upholding strict safety and welfare standards. This is a full-time, on-site position in Al Wukair, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional horse riding lessons and show jumping coaching sessions.
• Train riders at a range of skill levels, from complete beginners through to advanced participants.
• School and exercise horses as required.
• Support the development of riders' technique, confidence, and overall performance.
• Maintain a safe environment and prioritise horse welfare at all times.

Required Profile

• Demonstrated professional experience as a Horse Riding and Show Jumping Instructor.
• Strong background in show jumping coaching is mandatory.
• Capability to instruct learners across beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
• Experience in schooling and exercising horses.
• An equestrian coaching certification is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and teaching ability.
• A professional, dependable, and horse-focused approach.
