Role Overview

We are urgently hiring Relationship Officers for Loan Sales in various locations across South and West India. Openings include positions specializing in MSME/LAP and Housing Loan segments. Candidates will engage in direct market sourcing and will require solid experience in secured loan products.

Job Locations

• Maharashtra: Nashik, Pimpri (PCMC Pune), Mayur Colony, Kothrud, Pune (Pimpri & Kothrud), Ujjain, Amravati, Nagpur, Khamla, Lakadganj, Sanpada, Vashi, Mira Road, Borivali, Andheri, Chembur, New Panvel, Kalyan, Ghatkopar East
• Karnataka: Bengaluru (JP Nagar, HSR Layout, Koramangala, Malleswaram)
• Tamil Nadu: Chennai (Nanganallur), Coimbatore (RS Puram), Madurai, Salem, Tiruchirapalli (Trichy)

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in direct market sourcing of loans (MSME / LAP / Housing Loan).
• Understand and manage loan sourcing and documentation workflows.
• Develop strong knowledge of MSME, LAP, and Housing Loan products.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant secured loan products (MSME/LAP or Housing Loan).
• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Applicants must possess direct market sourcing and DST experience.
• Candidates from personal loan, unsecured loan, or credit card backgrounds are not eligible.
• Maximum age limit: 30 years.
• CIBIL score up to 700 acceptable.
• Proper relieving letter from previous employment mandatory.
• Maximum employment gap of four months allowed for currently unemployed candidates, who must be ready to accept similar CTC as previous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary up to ₹25,000 per month depending on experience and last drawn CTC.
• Additional benefits include fuel allowance, mediclaim, and term insurance.
• Positions available at Executive, Senior Executive, and Assistant Manager-I grade levels.

• Provide last 3 months' salary slips or latest increment letter.
• Submit offer letter from current employer and experience and relieving letters from earlier organizations.
