About the Role

Iceland Foods is seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join their team in St Austell, England. The role involves delivering groceries directly to customers, ensuring excellent service and safe handling of products. Key Responsibilities

• Load vans safely following appropriate manual handling and lifting procedures.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices at all times.
• Perform regular safety and condition checks on delivery vans.
• Ensure that delivered food items reach customers in optimal condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during interactions.
• Support in-store activities when necessary.
• Work independently while effectively managing your own time.
• Be flexible with shift hours, which may vary between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Must possess a full driving license held for a minimum of three years with no more than six penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines reliably.
• Show a strong understanding of road safety principles.
