About the Role

Iceland Foods is looking for dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join their team in Reading, England. This role is ideal if you enjoy staying active, value independence, and like engaging with customers directly. Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe procedures for loading vans, including handling heavy items carefully.
• Drive responsibly and adhere strictly to road safety practices.
• Conduct vehicle checks to ensure everything is in safe working order.
• Deliver groceries maintaining their quality and condition.
• Interact with customers courteously, providing excellent service as the face of the company.
• Assist with store duties whenever necessary.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Be flexible with working hours, which may vary between early morning (6am) and late evening (11pm).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possess a valid full driving license held for at least three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Punctuality and reliability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong awareness of road safety and driving regulations.
