About the Role

Iceland Foods, a well-respected and customer-focused company, is seeking enthusiastic Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Melksham, England. This position involves delivering groceries while serving as the face of Iceland, ensuring customers receive their shopping in excellent condition and with great service.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe procedures for loading vans, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Comply with safe driving standards and complete routine vehicle checks.
• Deliver groceries ensuring goods arrive in optimal condition.
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with in-store duties when necessary.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Adapt to varied shift patterns, which may occur anytime between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full driving license held for at least three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness and commitment to road safety.
