Home Delivery Driver

Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable Home Delivery Driver to join our team in Oswestry. This role involves safely transporting groceries and interacting with customers, representing our brand with professionalism and friendliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Following proper procedures for loading the delivery van, including handling heavy items safely.
• Complying with all safe driving standards while on the road.
• Performing routine vehicle inspections before and after deliveries.
• Ensuring all food items are delivered in top condition to customers.
• Providing outstanding customer service during home deliveries.
• Assisting with in-store duties when necessary.
• Managing your schedule efficiently and working independently.
• Working flexible shifts that may start as early as 6am or finish as late as 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points.
• A positive and friendly attitude with a passion for excellent customer experiences.
• Reliability in punctuality and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to road safety standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of £13.71.
