We are seeking a dedicated Home Child Care Provider based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The role involves overseeing the well-being and daily care routine of children in a private home setting, while ensuring a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment is maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out light housekeeping and cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness.
• Educate children on personal hygiene and encourage social skills development.
• Ensure the home environment is secure, safe, and promotes good health.
• Plan and coordinate entertaining activities including games and outdoor excursions.
• Prepare and provide balanced, nutritious meals to children.
• Supervise children attentively and provide comprehensive care.
• Accompany children to and from school and medical or other appointments.
• Support children’s emotional health and comfort.
• Assist with children’s homework and educational needs.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should possess a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Prior relevant experience ranging from seven months up to less than one year is preferred. Additionally, holding certifications such as a First Aid Certificate is required to ensure immediate response to emergencies.
