Position Overview
We are in search of motivated, quality-focused Hiring Partners specialized in sourcing talent and deeply passionate about bridging outstanding candidates with excellent career opportunities. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with recruitment or sourcing background, seeking a long-term career in recruitment and preferring to concentrate on sourcing rather than handling full-cycle recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source qualified candidates across entry to executive levels.
- Evaluate and submit candidate profiles that align with client criteria.
- Partner with Delivery Managers to grasp hiring priorities and requirements.
- Leverage sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, various job portals, and social media channels.
- Manage candidate data using designated tracking tools.
- Enhance recruitment skills continuously through specialized training modules on recruitment hacks.
