Role Responsibilities

• Performing repairs and maintenance tasks for both residential and commercial clients, with projects lasting between two hours and two days
• Effectively communicating with customers about required services and managing their expectations regarding scope and costs
• Delivering outstanding customer experiences by following the "Mr. Handyman Way," a consistent approach designed to delight clients and secure repeat business

Job Requirements

• Residence within the service area is mandatory
• Minimum of five years of professional handyman experience
• Possession of personal tools
• Eligible and insurable to drive company vehicles
• Completion of background and driving record checks
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds unaided
• Capability to safely work at heights and perform overhead tasks for prolonged periods
• Professional demeanor and upkeep of the company vehicle
• Self-management skills due to often working independently
