Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact and hospitable presence for hotel guests.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle reservations and communications with guests via email and phone.
- Prepare and oversee the breakfast area to ensure quality service.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming hotel environment.
- Assist with room cleaning duties as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Regiohotel's quality standards at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Attention to detail coupled with a strong guest service mindset.
- Prior experience in hospitality or gastronomy is preferred but not mandatory.
- Polished, friendly demeanor with genuine enjoyment in guest interactions.
- Good physical condition to meet the job demands.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Strong service orientation, teamwork spirit, reliability, and adaptability.
