Rather than functioning as a typical outsourcing arrangement, this role places you directly inside a client team as a core contributor. That means greater ownership, clearer room to grow, and more stable long-term engagement.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, remote graphic design role for a creative professional who enjoys turning complex ideas into compelling visuals. You will shape design work across digital and print channels, help maintain a consistent brand identity, and contribute to projects from initial concept through final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Create polished creative assets for a range of channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to convert business objectives into strong visual concepts.
- Handle several design assignments at once while staying on schedule and protecting brand consistency.
- Refine and uphold brand standards so the visual identity remains unified across all customer touchpoints.
- Share concepts with internal stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and improve designs through iteration.
- Keep up with industry developments and new tools or technologies to ensure the output stays modern and fresh.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience, supported by a portfolio.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Solid knowledge of typography, composition, colour theory, and digital design fundamentals.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to explain the reasoning behind design choices.
- Comfort working independently and managing time effectively in a fully remote setup.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to precise, high-quality visual work.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a creative or marketing agency environment.
- Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design.
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Monday, or ClickUp.
