Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer position based in Youngsville, NC. The role is ideal for someone who can balance creative thinking with hands-on execution and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to produce visuals that support the business and improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs, sell sheets, email creatives, landing pages, trade show visuals, and promotional assets.
- Create photo and video content, including product images, lifestyle shots, usage-based imagery, and short-form videos for social and sales efforts.
- Assist the production team by preparing customer artwork proofs, building print-ready files, and tracking work through Monday.com.
- Protect and strengthen brand consistency across multiple brands while contributing fresh creative ideas.
- Work collaboratively across departments to turn concepts into polished deliverables.
What You Need to Bring
- 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design, backed by a strong portfolio.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with AI-based productivity tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, and Adobe AI.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Clear communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
- Added value if you have experience with Monday.com, Dropbox, OneDrive, production artwork, or print production workflows.
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
