Overview
Extensile Media is hiring a Graphic Designer Intern for its Pune office in Hadapsar. This is an on-site internship for 3 to 6 months, designed for candidates who want practical exposure, portfolio-building opportunities, and experience working on live client assignments.

Extensile Media is a growing digital marketing agency focused on branding, social media marketing, performance marketing, website development, and SEO. The internship is suited to creative applicants who want to learn from active projects and collaborate with experienced marketing and design professionals.
Key Work Areas
- Create social media creatives such as posts, banners, and advertisements.
- Design Instagram content, including posts, carousel layouts, stories, and reel thumbnails.
- Develop printed and digital marketing collaterals like brochures, flyers, posters, and standees.
- Support the creation of branding materials such as logos, business cards, and company profiles.
- Carry out image editing and prepare simple video creatives for social platforms.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing and content teams on ongoing tasks.
- Make sure all artwork follows the client’s brand guidelines.
- Keep track of current design trends and emerging AI-based design tools.
Requirements
- The candidate should be pursuing or have completed a degree/diploma in graphic design, multimedia, fine arts, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma is needed.
- A creative approach with strong attention to detail is expected.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles is important.
- The role requires openness to learning and receiving feedback.
- Familiarity with AI tools used in design will be considered an added benefit.
Internship Details
This internship runs for 3 to 6 months and is based in Hadapsar, Pune. The role is on-site and follows a Monday to Saturday schedule from 10:30 AM to 05:30 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
The stipend offered is INR 3,000 to INR 5,000 per month. In addition, the internship includes performance-based incentives, a certificate, and the possibility of a pre-placement offer after successful completion.
