About the Role
Donna Italia USA is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer and Content Creator who excels beyond software proficiency to grasp marketing, communication, hierarchy, and effective execution. We value quick problem-solving with a strong aesthetic sense to produce work that drives results—whether it be selling products, enhancing brand identity, simplifying brochures, or crafting engaging content.
Responsibilities
- Create brochures, sales sheets, presentations, menus, packaging, and tradeshow visuals.
- Design social media graphics and short-form video content.
- Perform basic video editing, including content for Reels, TikTok, advertisements, and presentations.
- Edit photos and retouch images.
- Utilize AI tools to aid creative production.
- Develop brand and marketing materials focused on performance as well as aesthetics.
Candidate Profile
This position may not suit candidates who tend to overcomplicate tasks, require excessive meetings, have difficulty adapting to feedback, specialize in only one software, do not continually develop their skills, lack marketing or communication understanding, prefer remote or hybrid work arrangements, or are uncomfortable working independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong command of design principles including hierarchy, typography, layout, spacing, and branding.
- Solid understanding of marketing communication strategies.
- Advanced skills with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.
- Video editing capabilities, with experience using CapCut and preferably Adobe Premiere.
- Familiarity and comfort with AI-assisted image generation, retouching, and creative workflow tools.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.
- Open-mindedness to receiving direction and feedback without ego.
