Graduate Management Training Programme Overview
This programme offers graduates the unique chance to uncover and nurture their leadership capabilities, with the potential to become branch managers within approximately two years. Many senior leaders, including the current CEO, began their journeys in this role. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but substantial professional experience may substitute.
