Job Overview

This position seeks Graduate Engineer Trainees to assist with support testing for New Product Introductions (NPIs) and Install Base (IB) programs within the mechanical engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain practical experience in core Mechanical Engineering concepts, including interpretation and preparation of engineering drawings and conducting geometric dimensioning and tolerance analysis using mechanical simulation tools.

  • Contribute to the structuring of the Engineering Bill of Materials, manage drawing revisions, and aid in engineering change control processes via the change control board.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams in developing mechanical test fixtures, conducting part inspections, and testing activities.
  • Assist laboratory engineers in designing and establishing experimental setups, carrying out experiments, and accurately recording test outcomes.
  • Provide support for verification, validation, root cause analyses, and preparation of associated reports and Design History Files (DHF).
