Role Overview
This position, based in Limerick, reports to the Custody Services Manager. The role focuses on resolving client queries with a high level of expertise, managing client expectations, and supporting service quality and improvements across our global operations. It offers an opportunity to grow knowledge and skills in financial services custody operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for all custody-related client queries.
- Maintain and improve the quality of service delivered to clients.
- Manage and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Stay informed about client-related transition activities.
- Identify and address root causes of service delivery issues.
- Communicate proactively with Investment Managers to assess satisfaction and provide customer care.
- Contribute to Service Review meetings when necessary.
- Build strong partnerships internally to support client servicing.
- Maintain accurate client data and standing instructions.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies related to cash and stock transactions.
- Ensure funding aligns with client standing instructions on a daily basis.
- Resolve ASL (Authorized Signatory List) related matters promptly.
- Comply with Northern Trust’s risk policies and adhere to best practices in all processes.
