Role Summary
We offer a permanent, full-time position as Giftware Manager based in Westport, Co. Mayo. This role requires full flexibility to work on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. The position entails leading a dynamic department to meet sales goals, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the giftware team to achieve sales objectives and key performance indicators.
- Assist the Store Manager in organizing weekly staff schedules, managing labor within budget limitations.
- Oversee operational aspects such as inventory control, visual merchandising, and adherence to company quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collaborate with management to enforce them.
- Implement merchandising campaigns, promotions, delivery management, and handle back-office tasks within required deadlines.
- Employ strong leadership by coaching and developing team members to align with Carraig Donn’s core values.
Candidate Requirements
- Essential prior experience in retail management.
- Experience in giftware or fashion retail sectors is advantageous.
- Highly organized with the capacity to manage teams and departmental operations efficiently.
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
