Role Overview

This position is for a hands-on engineer who will help design and build Python-based generative AI solutions on AWS Bedrock. The work includes contributing to retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, agent-based workflows, and production-ready AI capabilities while working under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop generative AI features and workflows using Python and AWS Bedrock.
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, including chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and grounding.
• Create single-step and multi-step agent flows with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Connect LLMs with APIs, tools, and internal enterprise systems.
• Produce well-tested, maintainable Python code and work within CI/CD processes.
• Track basic performance indicators such as latency, token consumption, and cost.
• Work closely with architects, senior engineers, and QA teams.

Technical Expectations

Candidates should have strong working knowledge of Python core concepts such as object-oriented programming, typing, modules, pytest/unittest, fixtures, and basic async usage. Experience with AWS Bedrock should include model invocation for services such as Claude or Titan, along with knowledge base or retrieval integrations and an understanding of guardrails and access controls. Familiarity with generative AI prompting, RAG approaches, basic evaluation, and agent routing is also expected. Basic DevOps knowledge covering Git, pull requests, CI pipelines, Docker, and build artifacts is important.

Good-to-Have Exposure

Additional advantage will be given to candidates with experience in vector databases such as OpenSearch, FAISS, or Pinecone, awareness of Kubernetes, foundational machine learning concepts, and the ability to clearly understand requirements, communicate effectively, and work in a team-oriented environment.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization, B.C.A. in any specialization, or B.Sc. in any specialization.

Location Requirement

This opportunity is based in Hubballi, India. Candidates must be available in Bangalore or ready to relocate.

Additional Requirement

Experience with .NET full stack development along with generative AI is mandatory for this role.
