About the Opportunity

Crawlspace Medic leads the crawl space and basement repair franchise market. Usually, launching a new market requires paying a franchise fee and having the upfront capital to start operations. We understand not everyone has this capital readily available, so we offer an alternative pathway. Investors who are current franchisees fund the new markets, but need a dedicated operator to manage the business day-to-day. You will oversee all aspects of the market including team leadership, financial performance, and operations. Successful performance allows you to gradually buy out the investor's share and become the full franchise owner. This model has been implemented successfully in 35 markets so far.

Role Expectations

This is a hands-on role, not an office-only position. You will engage in direct sales activities, lead and coach your staff, and physically conduct inspections under homes until your team is established enough to take over these duties. Ideal candidates come from diverse backgrounds but share key qualities such as servant leadership, willingness to lead by example, and accountability for results.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership in team management within process-driven and physically active environments
• Experience developing and enforcing standard operating procedures
• Strong skills in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing employees
• Capability to address issues promptly and directly
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and operational capacity planning at the unit level
• Comfort with full accountability for business outcomes
• An eagerness to receive feedback for continuous improvement
• Resilience and focus under pressure

Physical Requirements

The role involves frequent crawling on hands and knees through cramped, dark spaces beneath houses, and use of light hand tools. Candidates should be physically prepared and willing to work in such environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• Full-time salaried position classified as exempt employment
• Base salary plus unlimited profit-sharing opportunities
• Company vehicle provided
• Two weeks paid time off annually
• Comprehensive hands-on training coupled with a leadership growth path

Performance Earnings Potential

• Year 1: approximately $85,000
• Year 2: between $100,000 and $110,000
• Year 3: between $125,000 and $135,000

This is exclusive of the potential value gained through eventual ownership stake buy-in.
